This is the baby brother of the popular AER Compact 60. It’s physical size is pretty similar to the Compact 60, but it’s output is a little less (40w). The preamp section is also slightly simplified, but it still allows the user to plug in a guitar & a mic, and the preamp section still offers some great sounding FX.

The Alpha defines the starting point of serious acoustic amplification at AER. Based on the success and the experience with the Compact 60 we have developed an even smaller lightweight model that has no difficulties living up to the rigors of the road.
