Designed at PRS’ Maryland headquarters, the SE Kingfisher bass was thoroughly tested before reaching production — to ensure that it easily meets the demands of today’s fastidious players. Multi-Piece Neck

PRS’ SE Kingfisher bass sports a strong 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck, giving the instrument rock-solid tuning stability in practically all conditions. A 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard gives each string a full 2-octave range, meaning that you’ll never feel hindered creatively, while the 34” scale length guarantees a snappy note response with bundles of attack.

PRS-Designed 4B “H” Pickups

Paul Reed Smith has equipped the SE Kingfisher bass with a pair of proprietary 4B “H” pickups — projecting a pronounced, powerful tone.
